"Cheney Accidentally Shoots Fellow Hunter," The Associated Press, February 13, 2006. If you want more details check out the Corpus Christi Caller-Times, which broke the story. What I would like my readers to propose is what the subhead should be to this story. My suggestion: "Vice President, Relying on Raw Intel Reports, Convinced Victim was Deer." UPDATE: Pajamas Media has a quick roundup of blog reactions. posted by Dan on 02.12.06 at 11:42 PMComments: "When told of victim's blood loss, Cheney replies 'Deficits don't matter.'"
