The Onion takes on outsourcing
Thank God The Onion didn't write this before my Foreign Affairs piece. It's shorter, funnier, and (particularly the last point) hits home. posted by Dan on 06.02.04 at 05:16 PMComments: It's funny because it's true! One thing The Onion forgot is my currently favorite joke about outsourcing. It involves the DHS outsourcing a multi-billion dollar contract to secure our borders to a foreign company. Not only that, the foreign company is based in Bermuda and it's Accenture, formerly part or all of Arthur Andersen. Yes, the Enron people! I wonder if I should submit this joke to The Onion, or the Houston Chronicle. posted by: The Lonewacko Blog on 06.02.04 at 05:16 PM [permalink]Post a Comment: |
